- 유방암의 수술 방법은 암의 위치에 따라 절제하는 범위가 달라집니다
- Simple mastectomy
- 유방 조직을 모두 절제하지만 겨드랑이 림프절은 절제하지 않는 수술방법이다.
- Modified radical mastectomy
- 겨드랑이 림프절과 함께 유방 조직 모두를 절제하는 수술방법이다.
- Radical mastectomy
- 겨드랑이 부분과 쇄골하 정맥을 따라 위치한 모든 림프절과 유방 조직을 절제하는 수술방법이다. 빨간색부분은 가슴 근육까지 절제하는 수술방법이다
- Partial mastectomy
- 암의 위치 및 크기에 따라 부분적으로 절제하는 수술 방법이다
